Founding rate locked in for life. When tiers go to $599/$1,199/$2,399, you stay at $399/$799/$1,599 forever. This cohort closes at 25. We keep it that way on purpose.
Charter pricing exists because the first 25 households carry real risk — they're building something with us before the playbook is fully written. These benefits are the terms of that arrangement, in writing, for as long as you stay.
Your founding rate is frozen. When tiers go to $599/$1,199/$2,399 — and they will — you stay at $399/$799/$1,599. Every year. No adjustment clauses, no "founding member rate expires after X months." Charter pricing is the price you pay as long as your membership is active. Period.
Founding members sit at the top of the response queue — permanently. Not for the first 90 days, not until the cohort is full. Every time. When something is wrong, you are first. That's the contract.
Not a helpdesk. Not a ticket system. A direct line — Signal, phone — to Amir personally. For founding members, that line stays open. New services and features are briefed to the founding cohort before general availability. You're not a customer, you're a charter member.
As Sentinel adds services — and the roadmap is real — founding members get access at no additional charge within their tier. New service pages added to the tier, new protocols added to your quarterly review, new tooling added to your stack. Not at a founding discount. At no additional charge.
This is not manufactured scarcity. The constraint is operational. Here's what actually limits us.
The onboarding for a new Sentinel household takes 30–90 hours across four weeks: full device audit, vault migration, network hardening, smart home segmentation, family rollout, digital estate documentation. That work cannot be parallelized past a certain point without dropping quality. The founding cohort gets the white-glove first 90 days. That is a real commitment — and a real ceiling.
Sentinel doesn't route you through a team. You get one person who knows your full setup — devices, accounts, family, crypto, smart home — and stays accountable. That person can only hold a finite number of households in their head at once without the knowledge degrading. We'd rather slow down than ship a mediocre version of guardianship.
When the founding cohort is full, the site flips to a waitlist. We will open a second cohort when onboarding capacity allows — at the new pricing. The waitlist is not a promise of founding rates. Founding rates are for the founding cohort only.
Annual billing saves ~2 months. Both options lock in founding rates for life.
